• March 2013:

Joint show with Frederick Clarke and Bongani Khumalo.

• September 15th 2012- 31st January 2013:

This body of work was inspired by a journey Clarke had in Peru, 2012, where he stayed with Shipibo Indians in the Amazon jungle and took part in several Ayahuasca ceremonies - using a powerful traditional plant medicine that heals and expands the human being on multiple levels.

The work reveals visual depictions of his own personal insights and awakenings, as well as images of extra-personal relationships - exploring Oneness, microparticles, transformation, universality, and divine Unconditional Love.

• April 14th - 6th May 2012:

The intention for this group exhibition was to unpack what the concept of hunter-gatherer means in the world today, in order to better understand ourselves - past, present, and future.

The show includes 8 artists from Botswana who are San Bushmen, living and working in D'kar at Kuru Art.

One of the focuses of this show is to include these contemporary artists as equals - learning from their story as the oldest people in Africa.

Their images resonate with relevance and beauty, as do the voices of all artists creating from the heart.

A 20% commission of all sales will go towards materials such as ink, paper, and ink-rollers in support of the creative energy at Kuru Art.

The South African artists on the show are from Johannesburg, Cape Town, White River and Pretoria.
